- Technical logs — standard web server and CDN logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) used for security and reliability.
- Cookies — we use only cookies required for the site to function. We do not load third-party marketing or analytics cookies on the public marketing site at this time.
We do not ask for passwords, account numbers, or identity documents through the public marketing site.
Why we use it
- Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations.
- Operate and secure the website.
- Improve content clarity (aggregate, non-marketing profiling).
We do not sell personal data. We do not use public-site inquiries for automated credit or employment decisions.
Sharing
We may share data with infrastructure providers who host this site (for example DigitalOcean) under their processing terms, and with advisors only when needed to respond to you or meet legal obligations. We do not publish visitor lists.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then deleted or archived with access limited. Server logs follow host retention defaults unless shortened.

Depending on the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules, you may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent for processing based on consent, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject.
