Frequently asked questions
Straight answers for CIOs, digital banking heads, and architecture leads evaluating Trudi.
What does Trudi I.T. Solutions do?
We build modular banking platforms and custom software for Philippine institutions—design partners from Makati, delivered journey by journey.
Is Trudi a bank?
No. Trudi I.T. Solutions is a software company. We help client banks meet their regulatory and operational duties. We do not claim to be a deposit-taking institution or to hold a BSP license.
What does Available mean?
Available means the platform is production-ready to deploy for its stated role in the catalog—with real modules behind it—not a brochure shell. It does not mean “full CBS live” across every module.
Why show In progress and Coming soon?
Honest readiness. In progress = active product with real modules, suitable for design-partner discussion. Coming soon = scaffold or not yet feature-true for buyers—shown for roadmap honesty only.
What is the featured retail journey?
Nova (channel) → TeKYC (CDD) → Titan (CIF / accounts / ledger APIs), with Aegis for identity and Atlas for entitlement consultation on sensitive writes. Home features this path; Products lists the full family.
Can we adopt only some platforms?
Yes. Platforms are modular—not a single bundled SKU. Institutions adopt what their roadmap needs.
How do we request a demo?
Use Request a demo on this site (Contact, demo intent). Tell us which journeys or platforms matter. We aim to reply within two business days. This is not a purchase order.
Where can we read security detail?
Public Security & compliance posture summarizes control-plane expectations (Aegis / Atlas, fail-closed where required). Product security detail for an engagement is shared under NDA / design-partner process. Privacy describes marketing-site data practices.
Are partner logos on the site your customers?
No. Partner logos are technology and delivery collaborators—not customer or client endorsements.
